Leadership Development Programme

Applications are now being accepted from Threshold members to join the leadership development programme. The aim of the programme is to develop tommorrows instructors by providing promising students with extra training in leadership, instructing and teaching skills.

How does the programme work?

Participants in the programme will meet as a group and receive tuition in instructing and teaching once a month. On occassion participants will receive one on one training from the instructor.

Participant Requirements

Participants of any rank can apply. Places are limited to a particular number of positions. On admittance to the programme participants select a teaching assistant role on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Participants are expected to attend their teaching class every week or if unavailable arrange for another person to take their place.
