Instructors Induction Course
Practical Course for new Instructors.
It is for blue belts and above of all ages. Individuals below blue belt who regularly assist with instructing can attend with their instructor's permission.
This is a requirement for anyone grading to 1st dan or above.
This course is designed to help get you started in instructing or assisting with instructing.
This is a Practical Training Course and can only be attended once you pass the theory part on-line.
This must be completed at least one week prior to the practical course.
Dress: Dobok
Cost: $65 (10% family discount)
Times: 9am - 1 pm
Bring: A snack, notebook, pen & sparring gear.

Open to red belts and above and conducted by Mr Dean Jenkins - 5th dan. $10

Gup Grading hosted by Otago University Club. Test for the next level in ITF Taekwon-Do under Examiner, Master Breese.
National Championships 2023
This year's National Tournament will be held in West Auckland. We are expecting teams from all of our six regions: Auckland North, Counties Manukau, Midlands, Central Region, Wellington and South Island.
